501Fest is a community event organized to celebrate Arkansas culture, creativity, and connection. All information provided on this site, including event details, schedules, and participation guidelines, is subject to change without notice. Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk.
By entering the event premises, you acknowledge and agree that 501Fest, its organizers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Images, video, and audio recorded during 501Fest may be used for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without additional notice or compensation.
Your participation signifies acceptance of these terms and all event policies as outlined by 501Fest management.
GENERAL ADMISSION

All attendees must comply with on-site rules, staff instructions, and City of Little Rock ordinances.

Entry may require bag checks or ID verification for age-restricted areas (e.g., beer garden).

Tickets and wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times while on event grounds.

501Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive conduct.
TICKETS AND PAYMENTS

All sales are final. Tickets and vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled in full.

In the case of postponement, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Prices and event programming are subject to change without notice.

Unauthorized ticket resale or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Weather & Force Majeure
501Fest is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. In circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, public safety concerns, or government restrictions—management reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel portions of the event without refund.
Vendors

Vendor fees secure booth space only; vendors are responsible for setup, staffing, cleanup, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

All vendor products and displays must be family-friendly and pre-approved by event management.

Vendors are required to provide proof of required permits or insurance when applicable.

501Fest is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Sponsorship & Partners

Sponsorship benefits are delivered according to the signed sponsorship agreement.

Logos, advertisements, and promotional placements must align with the values and guidelines of 501Fest.

501Fest reserves the right to adjust marketing placements if necessary for layout or production reasons.
Photography & Media
By attending 501Fest, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, archival, or promotional purposes. All media captured during the event becomes the property of 501Fest and may be used across digital, broadcast, and print channels.
Safety & Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. 501Fest, its organizers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event.

Any unsafe or unlawful activity will result in immediate removal and may be subject to legal action.
