General Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full festival cancellation initiated by 501Fest management.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets and registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or duplicated for profit.
Vendor & Sponsor Fees

Vendor and sponsor payments are non-refundable once accepted, as they directly contribute to event production costs.

In the event of a cancellation by 501Fest, fees may be credited toward a future event, at the discretion of event management.

If a vendor or sponsor chooses to withdraw after confirmation, their space and benefits will be forfeited without refund.
Weather or Force Majeure
501Fest is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related interruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of event organizers. In the case of severe or unsafe conditions that force cancellation, management will communicate next steps via email and the official website.
Merchandise & On-Site Purchases
All merchandise sales (including festival apparel, souvenirs, or on-site vendor products) are final. Exchanges may only be approved for defective items at the sole discretion of the vendor.
Event Modifications
501Fest reserves the right to alter event programming, lineup, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
